Return Policy

Compliance: This policy follows EU consumer protection laws (14-day cooling-off period) for all dress purchases on classictee.store.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused dresses within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must meet the following criteria:

  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized/custom-made dresses, clearance/sale dresses marked "Final Sale", and items without original tags.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within the 14-day period: support@classictee.store or +31243601531
  2. Provide your order number, dress style/size, and reason for return
  3. Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Return the package within 7 days of receiving authorization

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned dress, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective dress, wrong size/style).

4. Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes/styles are available (subject to stock availability). Follow the return process and specify your desired exchange dress in your request.

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect dress, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.
