Shipping Policy
Applicable to: All orders placed on classictee.store
1. Order Processing Time
We process all dress orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and EU public holidays). Orders placed after 15:00 CET will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times (EU Only)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination:
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- Germany, Belgium, France: 3–7 business days
- Other EU countries: 5–12 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen logistics issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your dress order, delivery destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a specified amount (promotional terms apply).
4. Order Tracking
Once your dress order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and link to monitor your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on classictee.store.
5. Lost/Damaged Packages
If your dress order is lost, delayed, or damaged during delivery, contact us immediately at support@classictee.store or +31243601531. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution as appropriate.
6. Non-EU Shipping
For non-EU destinations, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply (the responsibility of the customer). We are not liable for customs delays or fees.
